Sessions with our coaches involves identifying the aspects of your life that you wish were better, then finding out what behaviours and beliefs prevent you from achieving those goals. Using techniques like NLP, Counselling and life coaching, your practitioner works with you to identify underlying unconscious beliefs and sabotages that you may have about certain areas of your life. Once these sabotages are addressed you become free of them, and they no longer possess you to make decisions and choices that are not in alignment with your goals in life.
