Lina is a qualified Nutritionist who is passionate about wholesome nutritious food, enjoying and having fun with food. Lina is registered with the Australian Natural Therapies Association.
Having had a successful career in the corporate arena, Lina ultimately decided to take on a more holistic career within alternative medicine, where she could combine her passion for food, balance and a holistic approach to life to support her clients.
Food and diet have always been a major presence in Lina’s life due to her Mediterranean background, however her own experience with food sensitivities and having to drastically alter her own diet, lead her to undertake a career change and complete studies in Nutritional Medicine having completed a Bachelor of Health Science.
Lina believes food is to be enjoyed and celebrated and focuses on creating positive dietary changes for her clients, whilst educating them on the joys of food and nutrition. Food is at the centre of most cultures, it is necessary to nurture us and can often be a chore rather than enjoyed. Lina works with clients to reignite their enjoyment of food and to make preparing, cooking and eating fun.
Simple, achievable changes are at the core of Lina’s approach with clients, to support them to make lasting, life-long positive changes to their diet. Education, practical support, information and ideas are the cornerstones of her approach.
After conducting a thorough assessment of your requirements and current health status, Lina will utilize a combination of dietary, lifestyle and/or nutritional supplements to support you.
